We want you to love your Arcade1Up apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all arcade-themed tags and inserts are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
